He needed a gun! He was dealing with a known law breaker. Oh yeah, I guess he was a known law breaker too. Well he did need to defend himself. After all, he shouldn't have been too surprised if the landowner thought he was coming back to steal something else. The landowner needed a gun to protect himself from a known thief, (If a man will steal your property in broad daylight then retrun to the scene of the crime he must be pretty brazen. I would want a gun when meeting this guy.) The thief needed a gun to protect himself from somone who mihgt take the law into his own hands, like he had.

Looks like everyone needed a gun. Like my lifetime NRA member friend says, "We will be a lot safer when everyone has a gun."
