I haven't bought fish or seafood, with the exception of shimp, some crab (sorry Aunty M) and some surimi, since 1986. Some folks aren't as lucky though, so they go someplace else.

The best fish I had that someone else cooked was a silver that turned out to be extra, BIG OOPS, on a charter boat I went fishing on over 10 years ago. Other than that, I'm pretty picky about how it is done, so I usually just do it myself.

Elkrun, next time try Bernaise sauce. Get the Knorr brand and use half and half, not regular milk. Also serve with shrimp and al dente asparagus or broccoloi. Soem restaurants call the "oscar"ing either beef or fish.
