*edit: when I say "they", I mean the anti-flossing prima-donnas (which I guess I am, since I think it's just snagging) were right before the law changed*

*still editing* Flossing would still be illegal, as the law still states that the fish must take the bait or lure voluntarily into its mouth, which flossing still doesn't do. It just makes it OK if a fish takes the bait in the mouth but gets hooked on the head with the hook. It's ripe for abuse, and I predict next fall's salmon cracker snag fest of slobs will get even worse.
