Smalma...When I said enforcement I meant it in terms of supervision and monitoring. Funny how much emphasis is on sports fishing monitoring while the commercial seasons do not require such monitoring...Of course we are always told that commercials have fish tickets to "prove" what they catch. Without an observer on each and every boat the commercial fisheries are not being monitored adequately in my opinion. Especially when it comes to those goofy revival tanks....Some of which sit empty during fisheries.
