Thanks guys, It looks to be picking up....the numbers are getting higher over the dam, and Hey !! i caught a couple \:\) As soon as i got the fish home i got on here and looked over Francis' (FnP's) Method for filletting fish.... I've never seen that before...so i had to try it...it's VERY easy....I can't wait to fillet the next one \:D These fish were only 11lbs but cut them like he did...then i portioned them out in my vac bags.
