Nice idea but I think you may want to add some research to your grassroots effort so you can debate the issues head on . Emotion is great but without a grasp of the facts the debate could go against us as it has already in two courtrooms. Conjecture is ok here but will fall short when the rubber meets the road in a month or so when the government's response to the court is heard. NOAA is already brushing aside the emotive arguments of doom and gloom. The tribes are actually on board with this new policy as you might imagine, too, so the oponent is not GW Bush....I know it's fun to bash here but it won't work in court.
