The report is THERE ARE NONE! I hit the San juans yesterday for my first shot at lings up there. Fished the morning tide change near burrows island and then hit some places near deception pass. No fish, but a great boat ride. Got there a little late to make the run up to orcas and still hit the tides ( dang kids wouldn't get out of bed!) so we will have to try again.
