I've done the Ucluelet thing now four times and each time I was with Island West and they provide a top notch experience. But that was later in the summer for kings, silvers and halibut. Being only May they may be after the feeder fish in Barkley Sound so the Princess would save a ton of money and provide plenty of nice 5-15 lb blackmouth.
Regardless of what you do Ucluelet is an absolutely beautiful place. Here's last July's 1st day spread. I highly reccomend this area, but during May I just don't know about larger fish besides the halibut. But at that price I could justify the quality of the fishery to be secondary to just being there.
