You miss the whole point of "whinning". When you don't know how to drive you get a ticket or kill someone, its not about someone selling cars, you have to have a permit and take a test.
Three Rivers sells the boats, yes they have no obligation to teach anyone, but by selling boats and not taking responsibilty, the rest of the fishing community will band together and get all of us banned from places like the Sky. You are to young to remember when we all went to dozens of meetings to stop the ban in the late 70's. It almost happened, except us Jet boaters dug in and won for guys like you and the future.
