sthd h2o,, I know that you would never chain some ones trailer but you do bring up a good point... I hear a lot around here about locals and their rights to the area first. Its the same stupid b.s. I have heard in the other 9 states i have lived in and the 27 states I have spent time in. some places are worse then others. Many southern states like Georgia put the county your from on your license plate. Funny thing is the whole damm state is about the size of Riverside County in ca. but has some thing like 83 counties.
I live in the united states of American and server her well for 8 years in the U.S.M.C. so I figure that I am a local no matter where I am standing in the country.
