Launched about 9:00 am at Sandpoint with my 6 year old daughter and a buddy. First fished south of the 520 bridge and caught nothing, then south of I-90 with same result. Finally hit some fish on the south side of the 520 in 80' out from the crowd. Ended up with 5 nice fish. I was proud of my daughter who was a patient little fisherman and for waiting 3 hours to take the boat out.

Are they considering opening the season for another day?
