What Baitcaster is saying or would like to say is, if the regs say non-boyount restriction and have a selective gear restriction on top of that what would be the set-up for a spinner. In the regs it says something about a 3/4 of an inch distance on the hook, does this mean just a small hook, or could you use a 2/0 single siwash on a #4 spinner.
