Recently I have been fishing the lower puyallup, and have noticed people, especially a certain pair, that have been overlimiting, and keeping foul hooked fish. \:\( They drive to the hole together, crowd into the best spot no matter how many other anglers are already there because they think they own the hole, and use their ten foot leaders to floss silvers. Then they take there fish back up under the trees and sit for awhile to let the scene calm down. While there sitting there, they change clothes to alter their appearance, (hats and shirts), and then they go back out to catch another handful. I have yet to see a punchcard from another angler. \:\( And even though all this is going on, I still haven't seen a game warden. What will it take to get them down there? Oh yeah, and when I got tangled with another newbie's line, no barbless hook in sight. If a warden would get down there he/she could make a killing, and I'm sure 3/4 of the crowd would make a run for it.

P.S., if you have the lisence plate # of the anglers that are doing the overlimiting, can you report them, or is it even worth the time?
