Well, the fish may be 14 miles east of me...but they are also here, as well.

Saw one with me own eyes..

I was tossing a spoon in a deep pool down the bank a ways, and was about knee deep in the water. This big fellow (had to have ba11s to do what he did) came up and rolled not 4 ft. in front of me...probably 10+ pounds of chrome Coho!

Sad part was neither he (or any of his buddies) ever went near my offering(s).

If I had been drifting eggs, might have gotten one to find them. Visibility here is still 2 ft. +, but improving. Did manage a nice 15" Dolly in the 2 hrs.

There's always tomorrow...and then tomorrow after that..:-)
