Surprised no one said this yet but, juss like most I do prefer mine deep firend, but eattin it raw aint bad either juss a bit chewy. My moms Korean so when I was younger I would go catch her a bunch and she would clean and slice the squid into 1/4in. strips then mix it with sesame seeds and hot bean paste. Thats prob the only seafood Ill eat raw
