If it where up to me I would tear out every road and logging road and ban all atv's snowmobiles etc. It would make it easier for me to get my horses in past the idiots using machines :p I do think it should be up to populations of each state however and not Federal mandate. Most of those business supporting the fedral mandates are filled with hikers. One group out of many users should not have a mojority of say.
