Does it strike anyone else as odd that as a Presidential candidate he (sKerry) claims to have all the answers to all the major problems facing our nation--Yet as a national legislator for nearly 1/5 of a century he didn't implement a single program to fix any of them?

I guess he was just saving the best for last.
