I was thinking that vacant property values should increase due to the sheer volume of people flocking to the area to watch cars travel in a stupid oval circle chasing each other. LAME...... But maybe the property owners can benefit from this by creating places to camp and host the out of control busch beer parties (while stationed in North Carolina, the popular beer of choice for nascar fans was busch). Oh and I'll be d@&ned if I'm paying for construction of all this.
