The time delay to action is problem with the world governing body FIFA hence the delay. If this happened in one of the leagues I.E. La Liga, EPL, Bundesliga etc.. you would see action taken a lot swifter just like in the NBA. Because the world governing body enforces matches like this there should be no surprise it is taking forever.
