Those people you mentioned are all public officials, and you forgot to mention Hildabeast or Hillary Strap-On...I mean Roddom Clinton, Slick Willy, Hanoi John and Gagmore...those are the names I've used in jest the most.

Just like when you use cute little nicknames like Dumbya, Herr Furor, Bouche` and Krusty.
