Friday morning at 9am, Saturday at 8:30...those are the times for "open public comment" at the Commission meeting this weekend...any topic of concern can be brought up.

If you go on Saturday, then you can comment on this at 8:30, watch the Department do the PowerPoint Dog&Pony Show on the Columbia, and then comment on that, too.
