Back in the early '80's we were renting a house in a beach community where the houses are close together. I drove in the yard after work and could hear loud music. I figured it was the next door neighbor kid. I then figured out it was coming from our place. WTF?
I came in and 'Goin' Home' was blasting. Seems the neighbor kid was having a party and the kids were playing somebody my wife thought sucked very loud. So she decided that if they wanted loud music then they should listen to something she liked. She put this tune on, cranked the box up to '11' and drowned out the stuff she didn't like. The kids went inside and shut the windows and doors so they could listen to what they liked.
She still cracks me up.
