Don't forget the light, not just the temp that gets the fish up from the deep. In a small body of water like you are talking about, a couple of days with warmer temps could get the fish going.

Try fishing a 1/4 oz or 3/8 oz white spinnerbait until you reach a bank that gets a lot of sun thru the day. Then breakout the jig & pig. Good luck, and be ready for the line to go tight, it maybe your only bite, all day.
