SO when the cops show up and haul away the POS tweaker/thief/criminal (who happens to be full of lead with my doberman attached to the carcass), will the saying that I have heard "he was asking for it/deserved it" still apply like it supposedly does to the people who lose gear locked up in their vehicles????
