Hey Aunty,

I don't think anyone was defending Iran here. I think the point was that the American public was (and still is) being told that Iran is a very serious threat primarily because of their nuclear weapons program. Now we learn, according to US intelligence, the program was stopped in 2003. The president says he just heard about it last week. Does that seem strange? With the administration's wandering reasons for attacking Iraq, people are now wondering if all of the Iran talk is another example of starting with a verdict and then looking for evidence. Isn't that fair to question?

Questioning Hillary or Obama (or any other person running for office) seems fair to me but I'm not sure they deserve the same type of scrutiny as the captain of the ship?

Also, are you referring to Hillary falling for the Iran or Iraq intelligence (although "both" might be the correct answer)? Can you also explain what you are referring to when you say that Obama is flip flopping?

Thanks,
Kaiser D.
