That's probably where I screwed up Stever. I finalized the disc in the camcorder per the manual, which said I could then insert the same disc and play it on anything. i probably should have plugged the USB cable to the camcorder, and like ya say fire off the Canon software that cam with it and see what shakes out.

I just wonder how many trips it's gonna take for me to figure it out.....might have to loan it to Sol for "home-purpose use" so he can figger it out for me
