Why would the military stage a coup? Them and their corporate masters are already running the show. It's why we pay billions of tax dollars per week to keep the Contractor Army on track in Iraq...we can't just give them the money while they are here in the U.S., so we have a war, send all the contractors over there, and then give them the billions.

That is textbook fascism...at least we still have enough authority as the electorate to vote those assholes out of office.
