The tribe has been netting all day today, and when I spoke with the local Gammie this morning he said they are doing "fair". One fellow left a set net sitting in an eddy across from my place. So far he has checked it regular, and taken a few fish each time.

This is actually about average for when the run arrives...maybe a day or 2 late, but nothing to speak of.

Bobby, there are other spots to fish the sockeye from, but getting there can be a PITA if you don't know the area. Generally, the best success is at the mouth of the Baker.
