The credit crunch is hitting the contractors hard. The concrete company has a hard time getting operating cash. My concrete contractor has a hard time getting concrete to pour my job, even though my bank is doing one-day turn arounds getting payments disbursed. Yeah, I'll put that salmon fishing bailout to good use.
