What and F'n stupid azz joke. Can a dude who makes candy bars get a relief check when their candy no longer sells cuz too many people realize they are too fat and quit eating them? Can my father-in-law get a relief check cuz he ordered 15 million dollars in inventory of furniture for next year and then the economy tanks? Stupid.
