While it's historic that a black man was elected, I think the media has made it too much of an issue. The election was more about the shitty economic policies and deficit spending of Bush Jr. A trillion dollar annual deficit the past year. Eight years ago we had a seventy billion dollar deficit under Clinton the lowest since LBJ. When I hear the words tax cut I think of how Reagan tripled the national debt. The tax cuts that the GOP promise result in higher taxes in the long run. I believe Obama will lower the deficit and if people making over $250K have to pay more that's tough.

The Republicans just need to shut up and quit whining!
