Limbsaver has been putting out good product for awhile. Price is high but any new bow out there is going to cost more than you think it should. And then add in components "bells and whistles"

How much archery have you done in the past? I ask this because you say "hobby". I'm sure most bowhunters and archers who read this will agree that archery can turn from hobby to passion very quickly. Your boys might want one too, after they see the fun you are having. If this is a starter thing, IMO, I would start with less and then graduate to the high dollar stuff. I learned with a recurve, graduated to compound, and still use the bow I had in high school. I will be upgrading this season I hope. I have been eyeing Parker and Martin bows.
