If Ken Jacobsen told me the sky was blue, first I'd go outside to check, and if it was, I'd try and figure out how that helps the commercial industry, and screws the rest of us.

Reducing the numbers on the Commission would reduce the representation of different ideas, and while the politicos can't put pressure on a non-political Commissioner, they certainly can on a political appointee...this bill is bad news.
