#1 All Time Peeve.
Here in the hills of Northern Ca. things get dry as a bone during the 100 degree days of summer.
The dry brown oat grass grows four feet tall and waves in the wind.
AND STILL the stupid Motherf*kkin cigarette smoker that doesn't want to dirty his ashtray, flicks his cigarette butt out the window.
I've seen it time after time after time.
I get pissed just thinking about it.
Better to burn down homes and risk lives than dirty that Goddamn ashtray......
