Its all a bunch of B.S I have tried em all and gotta say if its time to hurl.. then just have at it. I have puked in every kind of ocean, flat, rough, bumpy, whatever. All those thing do to me is make my puke taste real bad, and kinda make me sleepy. I puke every single time I go out.. and I still do it.
