Unfortunately I know the "ring leader" but am pleased to say he was never a friend. I used to work for a private ambulance company and he came over here as a paramedic from Idaho (he lost his paramedic certification shortly after). He used to tell all sorts of stories about his "hunts" and was also a big time snagger all around SW WA, he used to brag about how he was teaching the fish "how to swim backwards". He also stole his best friends wife while his "friend" was rehabilitating from a fractured femur, had sex with underage girls etc.... There's alot more to this story then what has come out I'm sure, I just hope his new roomate is treating him the way he deserves to be treated.
