English Pete,
You still continue to not get it. While I will agree that your video had no commercial breaks and had no wannabe rock stars and tv stars, there is a HUGE point that you fail to notice. Every one of those people there have paid an admission fee. It is called being the family member of a serviceman. Everyone of those people spent countless days of their lives without that man so that he may attend to his country's calling. Everyone of those people missed countless birthday's, either his own or his children's or his wife's. Shall I continue? How about the years of time that man had most likely accumulated away from his family? You are a tool and there is no way about it. If a music star puts on a display of appreciation by showing it at a large for profit benefit, what difference does it make? So what. Somebody made a buck off it. Does that make the performance any less grateful? You seem to look passed the point of the performance and see only the bad. You sir, are a pessimist and will not see anything otherwise. Too bad.
You seem to be avid in the art of looking things up on the web. Perhaps you should spare a moment of your trolling to do a search on how the same individual that performed in the video, also performs for the USO and visits troops overseas. Oh yeah, the USO is not for profit but rather a group that collects donations in any shape or form for the benefit of service men and women. Try not to break your pinky while sipping your hot cup o' tea at your computer in your warm house in your free country while looking it up.
