Nice spin. He doesn't want docs racking up the charges which you should agree with and he wasn't going to limit YOUR ability to sue if some ahole cuts off the wrong leg which you should also agree with. Actually the other 80% would join the AMA if they agreed with their stances. How about we make it voluntary in all things. You want poor big business to succeed you can sign away your rights to sue forever.
