As a reserve deputy in Whatcom County I arrested the same little puke 9 times, in 2 years. Theft, dealing, stolen property, domestic, etc. Habitual criminals need to be culled.

The guy who got shot appears to have had no interaction with the Waashington Court system, but it would be interesting to see what his friends records were like.
