If the intruder is close enough, you wont get four shots. True, they would stop some, but keep in mind, a guys with a knife within 21 feet, will stab you, before you can draw and fire. Its taught in hand gun courses. If the guy has a gun, your buckshot isnt going to defend you. If the guy gets a chance to knock down your weapon, you got a problem. If hes still coming after the first shot, he could be on pcp or something else. The video example doesnt reallly give you a true example. Figure the age of the average assailant, they will move faster than the cardboard target. Practice helps.
