While i found Salmon_Bakes fishing political opinion already quite amusing, he has now dropped low, badmouthing a site sponsor and two cool dudes who make kick ass products and strive on customer service. There isn't to many companies these days, who have as good of customer service as these two.

I have never been one fond of Bluefoxes bell body design, and there heavily underweighted, which means adding extra weight to get them down in deeper pools for coho. Not to mention there silver plating on there blades is pretty bad, and doesn't reflect light underwater like real silver finishes.

The stock VMC Siwash and Treble hook that come with them are both beyond bad, and the best hook to land ratio i have ever had using those is around 50%. With Matzuo Sickle Siwash hooks (Rvrfshr) my hook to land ratio is closer to 75-80%, quite a big improvement i must say....

I went over to my cousins place this summer, and we fished the Columbia/Klickitat for URB's and Coho. Many of the coho we caught where pitching Rvrfshr hootchie spinners. We hooked 17 coho on day 1, bringing 14 to the boat. The second day we hooked 9 coho, bringing 8 of them to the boat. This isn't to shabby, especially when they are doing the death roll...
What i find oddly amusing about Salmon_bakes nonsense post, is that he says that Rvrfshr gear is overpriced.... If i remember correct, its pretty dam difficult to find a BF for under $3.25. Rvrfshr gear runs at around $2-2.50 per spinner.

Ask anyone who has fished with me how much Rvrfshr gear i own, and they will tell you i own allot. It's because they are affordable, great plating/finishes, the Matzuo Siwash is by far the best Siwash style hook, and there spinners are heavy, which means its easier to get down in deeper holes. Local tackle companies always before a big company...

As far as Salmon_bake being Rob from R&B lures: I highly doubt it, as i have talked to Rob many times over the phone. I also use his spinners/spoons notoriously throughout the season. He has never bad mouthed anyone, and is always striving to improve his gear.
