Takes some real chutzpah to chastise the Big Army for a lack of leadership and poor judgement, when West himself was relieved of command and forced to retire for poor judgement and questionable leadership. Which is good because the Army has no place for xenophobia.

Hindsight's always 20/20. If we start chaptering every servicemember that receives a poor performance report or posts inflammatory remarks on bulletin boards, we'll have a pretty hollow DoD. We have to trust the local leadership's judgement. Some slip through the cracks, it's inevitable. For instance, there was a young E-4 with a questionable past that was allowed to deploy to Iraq. He ended up raping a 14 year old girl, then killing her and her entire family. There have been numerous other incidents of fratricide that didn't involve muslim soldiers. Where was the outrage then?

West blames the libs for making Hasan the victim, yet he does the same thing. He blames the Army for sending him to Ft. Hood.
