Aliens attacking & vampires etc..there is a tv station for that stuff. Seriously though Thrasher, sure you're just joking cause if you think someone sticking their tounge out constitutes a voilent attack then maybe you've been watching too many ninja movies.

Before pulling a weapon YOU HAVE TO TRY SOMETHING, ANYTHING else. Some won't though but most people will.

Here is what was done:
asks him to exit vehicle space and let go, warns him that he is armed, tries to dial 911 from the cell phone

"rip my cell phone out of my hands and toss it into the passenger side feet well."
"Misses with the first punch as I leaned over attempting to reach my cell phone. NOW I reach behind the seat. LOUD CLICK, I un-snap the SOC Seal Pup knife..
...HE immediately backs off"

The guy was given a chance & he wisely took it. Like I said, you have to try something else first but the reality is some won't.
