In that case, then yes, it was me...and if you compare commercial selective fishing on the LCR with sportfishing on the OP, then it just goes to show how little the proponents of this plan understand how seasons are set, how allocations are provided and meted out, and what the difference is between a stock that is commercially fished by non-tribals, and one that is not.
