By the way, I noticed that the winter crab cards were to be responded by Jan 15. We didn't get a winter season this year, and mine seems to be missing from my license wallet(may have burned it the day I heard about the no season)....anyway, I haven't heard back on the email I sent to WDFW.....anyone have a guess if this would constitute a $10 fee?....food for thought.
