One of the first things I noticed is that the questions and answers were written from a conservative point of view. I think the quiz does a pretty poor job of capturing conservatism/liberalism. Some pretty poor choices were available on several questions. How else would I score 25% conservative on personal responsibility and 75% on social issues? That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it.
