John,

I can understand your frustration with this guy, seems you can't launch the boat and he is poking at you and like you say you have never met him. Giving crap back and forth to buddies is one thing but online if you have never met and there seems to be tension then everyone should error to the side of good will. Most of these actions toward you are certainly juvenile and at the very least irritating.

I know every subject could not be monitored, but it seems that some act so childishly that their actions should be regulated just like they are in the real world.
