However, Sliced Geoduck syphon sashimi with quality Sake on the side is #1 Sushi menu in my book! beer

Went geoducking with Charlie last year.
Asked him how to prepare it....the shashimi sypon was awesome! I had dinner plans the next three nights so I brought it to a team cookout for the boy's track team that evening. I was surprised the boys ate all of it in a few minutes. I was lucky to get a few pieces.
