I broke a defective Lamiglas Back Bouncing rod on its second cast last year. I finally sent it in for repair back at the start of May. They cashed my check on May 14th so I know they received the rod. As of today, I haven't gotten a replacement or a letter or a phone call. I haven't tried to contact them yet but it frustrates me to think that is what I now have to do.

I sent back a broken Loomis rod in late May and used the expeditor service. I had a replacement at my house the next day.

Just the facts...

And, yes, it WOULD be easier if I didn't break rods.
