It's a simple concept. If you have a pathetic stray cat on the porch, feel sorry for it and begin feeding it then you will end up with a lot more pathetic cats. We are feeding pathetic excuses for people and getting more pathetic excuses for people in return. We reap what we sow. We should end welfare in all it's forms and give the smartest among us an all access pass to a buffet of both food and young nubile virgins.
